The Order Management - Takeaway app integrates with the Order Management system, and allows a customer to place takeaway orders comfortably from home, without the need to phone.
🍽️ Ideal for pizzerias and restaurants that offer takeaway and home delivery services
🍽️How it works - for the Customer:
✔️Install the app
✔️Import the "ticket" received from the venue manager by clicking on "MANAGE TICKET" and then on "ADD A TICKET"
✔️Click on "NEW ORDER" and select the delivery time, courses and drinks you want.
✔️Click on “SEND ORDER” and wait for the food to be delivered.Advantages - for the customer:
✔️You have a constantly updated menu including a price list and you can choose what to eat at your leisure.
✔️You can view the order you just placed with the total to pay, and if you have forgotten something you can place a new order with the dishes to add (MAX 2 open orders).
✔️You can indicate the desired delivery time.
✔️The app only works when the takeaway/delivery service is actually active, so you dont run the risk of waiting in vain.How it works – for the manager:
✔️The manager, in the "Settings" screen of the Order Management app, activates the "Delivery Service" box and specifies: the time slot in which reservations are accepted, the days in which the reservation service is active, and the default expiration of the generated tickets (this operation must only be done once).
✔️Subsequently the manager clicks on the menu item "Generate Takeaway Ticket" and enters the data of his establishment and the customer to whom he wants to send the ticket, and possibly modifies the expiry parameters of the ticket ticket (months of validity and orders that can be placed).
✔️The manager sends the ticket to the customer via classic messaging methods.Advantages - for the manager:
✔️You dont need dedicated staff to receive takeaway calls.
✔️The orders relating to orders are automatically printed in the relevant stations.
✔️No errors in the order due to disturbed phone calls.
✔️You choose the time slot and days on which to receive orders.
